How do I make a purchase?

Shopping at Land of Meow is easy:
• Use the PRODUCT links or search by DESIGNER to navigate to the item you like.
• Once you have found what you are looking for click on the 'ADD TO SHOPPING BAG' button on the product page.
• Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the 'SHOPPING BAG' link at the top of the page.
• Click on 'PROCEED TO PURCHASE' to complete your order.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

You can shop at Land of Meow without creating an account. 
However, if you register with us you'll be able to: 
• Track your orders 
• Request a return or exchange directly from your account 
• Add sold out items and products you love to your Wish List 
• Save your address and card details so you can shop even quicker next time

Is my personal information kept private?

Please be assured that we take data protection seriously, and your information will only be shared with third parties where they abide by applicable data protection legislation. For more information, please read our Privacy Policy in full.

I've forgotten my password - What should I do?

To re-set your password, follow the 'FORGOTTEN PASSWORD' instructions on the SIGN IN page. Please note, for security reasons we are unable to send your old password via email.

What payment methods does Land of Meow accept and is it safe to use my credit card online?

We accept Maestro, Visa and MasterCard and you can also choose to pay with PayPal. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Stripe and Shopify.

How can I choose the currency I pay in?

All payments made through the Australian Land of Meow website are charged in AUD. Charges will be converted by the payment provider of your choice and appear on your bill in your local currency.

Which countries does Land of Meow ship to?

Land of Meow ships to 230 locations worldwide. We understand how disappointing it can be when a product you love can’t be shipped to you therefore if you are unable to select your region on checkout please email us at shipping@landofmeow.com and we will do our best to find a solution for you.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Please note that we are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes. If you have an issue with our delivery options, please email us at shipping@landofmeow.com and we will do our best to find a solution for you.


How long does delivery take, and how much will it cost??

For most regions parcels are delivered within 5 business days. After placing your order the delivery company will send you details so that you can track your parcel. Please email us at shipping@landofmeow.com if you have any further questions.

Do you offer premium delivery services?

Is my package insured and do I need to sign for my order?

All your purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from Land of Meow to your shipping address. Once signed for the responsibility of the package transfers to the purchaser. To ensure that your purchases arrive safely and in perfect condition, we require proof of delivery for all orders and are unable to authorise packages to be delivered without a signature.

How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?

Taxes and duties are specific to each destination, currently Land of Meow does not collect duties and taxes payable by the customer. Where such fees are due the shipping company will pay for your goods to clear customs and you will be required to repay any import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to in order to have the goods released to you.

Why are shipping restrictions applied to some items?

Due to international trading agreements and regulations, Land of Meow must adhere to particular shipping restrictions.

Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?

Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel or alter the selected items attributes and change the shipping details. However, we are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification containing your package tracking number. If you have registered at Land of Meow, you will also be able to follow the progress of your delivery by signing into your account and selecting My Account followed by Order Status.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Making a return or exchange is easy. You have 28 days to decide whether to keep your items and DHL will collect from your home, work or alternative address. To arrange your exchange or return, simply sign in to your Land of Meow account and select My Orders, under My Account. Click "CREATE EXCHANGE/RETURN" and follow the steps. If your return is approved you will then receive a confirmation email with returns instructions and details about how to book your collection.

Will I be refunded the full value of my order?

Your refund will either be issued to the original payment method used to place the order, or as Land of Meow store credit. Shipping costs are not refunded unless your items are faulty. All customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. However, you may be able to recover these costs by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

Does Land of Meow have sales?

Land of Meow offers a number of sales throughout the year. Sale items are non-refundable unless expressly agreed in writing with LOM before purchase. Register now for early access to sales. Any free shipping inclusions will be standard shipping only.

Can I buy a gift card?

Yes. Simply navigate to the section under the Accessories tab on the navigation bar.
